This is the number of homes that are owned and rented in the neighborhood. We have a total of 335 homes in the Sandybrook Neighborhood. Sandybrook covers 83 acres.

We currently have 5 of the homes that are rented that are owned by the Fort Worth Housing
Authority (section 8 housing). We have 1 confirmed rented home that is part of the section 8 housing
program that is owned by someone other than Fort Worth. We may have more that are owned by other
people or companies that are part of the section 8 housing program.
We currently have 5 registered sex offenders living in the neighborhood. This is based on information listed for our
zip code on 05/14/09.
