LFP PROPERTIES INC is planning a single story building of 95,950 sf/gross with a proposed use of: Self storage at 501 East Loop 820. Based on the Site plan it appears all the storage units will be enclosed in the building with a loading dock on the north side of the building. Based on the current site plan there will be one entrance from the Frontage road and one on Sandybrook Dr. Based on Information I received there has been plans for a self storage building since 2016.
