LFP PROPERTIES INC is planning to build 3 single story buildings at 601 East Loop 820. The three buildings are as follows.
Building 1 - PROPOSED BUILDING SINGLE STORY, 80' X 200', 16,000 GROSS SF, PROPOSED USE: PD, OFFICE, RETAIL, WAREHOUSE, SMALL ENGINE REPAIR.
Building 2 - PROPOSED BUILDING SINGLE STORY, 80' X 210', 16,000 GROSS SF, PROPOSED USE: PD, OFFICE WAREHOUSE, FLEX SPACE
Building 3 - PROPOSED BUILDING SINGLE STORY, 80' X 245', 19,600 GROSS SF, PROPOSED USE: OFFICE WAREHOUSE, FLEX SPACE
